Get your week back.

In two weeks, I build your business the system it runs on: your busywork automated, your own site, booking, CRM, e‑sign and an AI concierge.

From $7,500

Admin before income

Scheduling, follow-ups and paperwork fill the hours you could sell.

Ideas on hold

The app or automation you want waits for a developer you can’t justify.

I build these for myself first.

I’m Charles Botensten. My own businesses run on systems I built. Three you can look at today:

The plan.

  1. Book a fit call

Thirty minutes on video. Walk me through your week; I’ll tell you honestly whether a sprint fits.

  2. Get a fixed plan

A written scope and a fixed price before any work starts. Sprints start at $7,500.

  3. Launch in two weeks

I build, you review as it comes together, and we finish with a walkthrough of everything.

Questions.

Who is this for?

Solo founders and small service businesses (coaches, consultants, agents, creators) who already have clients and are doing too much by hand.

What does $7,500 include?

A two-week sprint that sets up and connects your automations, website, booking, CRM, e‑sign, links, analytics and AI concierge. Bigger builds are quoted on the fit call.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring how your business works. I build it and show you how to run it.

Who owns what I get?

Your domain, your content and your client data are yours. The software is open source, and where it runs is part of your plan.

What happens after two weeks?

You launch with a walkthrough. Ongoing changes and support are optional and quoted separately.

Is the fit call a sales pitch?

It’s a working conversation. If a sprint isn’t right for you, I’ll say so and point you to what I’d do instead.

Spend next month on clients, not copy‑paste.
