What counts as an email?

One email accepted by Resend for one recipient counts as one send, including tests, welcome messages, and subscription confirmations. Unconfirmed deliveries reserve allowance until their status is known. A campaign sent to 1,000 people uses 1,000 emails. Your dashboard shows usage and the remaining allowance.

Can I bring my existing subscribers?

Yes. Import a CSV of people who have agreed to hear from you. Unsubscribed, bounced, and complained addresses stay suppressed.

Do I need to set up an email provider?

No. Delivery runs through Resend, managed by iCharles. Your account and shared sending address are set up automatically. You can also verify your own domain.

What happens when I reach my limit?

Sending pauses at your plan's allowance. You can upgrade or wait for your next billing period. We don't add surprise overage charges.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Open Plan & billing in Mail to manage your subscription securely through Stripe. Canceling stops renewal; access continues through the paid period.

Where does Mail live?

Mail opens in iCharles Apps and uses the shared Canvas. Its pages and creation actions can open as windows, be placed beside other work, and be restored when you return.
